Step One: Book Your First Session
It’s time to set up our first coaching session! This 90-minute session will allow us to get to know one another, set expectations for our relationship, and establish your coaching priorities.
To get the most out of this session, try to pick a date and time that will allow you to be in a relatively private place with minimal distractions or time pressure.
Step Two (Optional): Book Your Second Session
Your 6-month payment plan unlocks up to 2 sessions with each billing cycle, so you are able to book one additional session at this time.
If you don’t want to schedule this now, don’t feel pressure to! You have access to my calendar and can book it at any time (link can always be found in your welcome email).
Step Three: Prepare for Your First Session
To help you maximize your first session, I’ve put together a brief self-discovery exercise called the Life Wheel. This wheel depicts 8 areas of life, and gives you the opportunity to rate your satisfaction in each area on a scale of 1-10.
Before our first session, I would love for you to spend some time exploring this wheel and reflecting on how you feel about life now, as well as what it would look like to be fully satisfied in each area of life. This can give us some good structure for setting up your coaching priorities and desired outcomes.
You may be tempted to leave this to the last minute (or just glance at it), but remember–you get out of coaching what you put in! You’ve made this investment, and I want you to get the most out of it that you possibly can. It starts with the small things, like creating space for meaningful reflection. You’re worth it!
