Are you feeling lost or struggling to make decisions?

Something feels off, but you’re not sure what it is (or what to do about it). You’re trying to figure out what to do next, and you desperately desire clarity and direction.

Are you reactive and self-critical?

When you’re alone, your inner critic is loud and unrelenting, and you’re no stranger to imposter syndrome.

With others, you find yourself getting impatient, judgmental, and defensive. You want to show up with more grace, but your emotions get the best of you.

Do you often experience stress, overwhelm, or burnout?

You constantly feel behind, and your days feel scattered.

No matter how hard you work, you don’t seem to accomplish the things that really matter. You procrastinate and avoid important tasks, but you carry around a heavy, nagging feeling of guilt and never get the real rest you’re looking for.

You fall into perfectionism more than you’d like to admit, and you feel discouraged and self-doubting.

Are your relationships fragile or full of conflict?

Whether it’s bosses, coworkers, or loved ones, your relationships are never quite as peaceful or supportive as you wish they were. You’re afraid to rock the boat, and you feel like you have go along to get along.

When you do speak up, little things turn into big things. You put a bandaid on the issue, but it’s never completely resolved.

Or maybe you find it hard to set and maintain boundaries. You’re afraid that if you say no, bad things will happen. And yet you find yourself secretly bitter, wishing that others valued and respected you more.

You’re Not Alone

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, you’re certainly not alone. These experiences are extremely common, and they point to one thing.

Your life is trying to tell you something.

Our lives speak to us all the time, through our emotions, our curiosities, our reaction to others, and our disappointments and frustrations. But the truth is, it can be difficult to listen.

Our lives get chaotic and noisy, and we don’t hear our own cry for help. Or we ignore it, too afraid of the hard work or the change it’s asking us to make.

We attempt to evade the message by focusing externally—trying to control our experience by controlling our environment. We think things like:

  • If I can just get out of this terrible job, then I’ll be happy.

  • If he stopped doing that, I wouldn’t get so mad at him.

  • She should’ve been there for me so I wouldn’t have ended up in this situation.

We spend our lives waiting for things to be different, or we rush around in a frenzy trying to fix everything and everyone around us.

We forget a simple and powerful truth—the only thing we can control is ourselves.

Begin Within

The feelings and circumstances you’re experiencing are not a problem to be solved, fixed, or managed—they’re an invitation, calling you inward to discover and express a deeper, truer version of yourself. They’re inviting you to ask and explore questions like:

  • What about this situation is bothering me, specifically?

  • What am I afraid will happen?

  • What are my priorities and values in this moment?

  • What am I willing to do or sacrifice to get what I want?

  • What do I need to unlearn or let go of?

  • How do I feel about how I’m handling this?

  • What is true about me or my circumstance?

When you summon the courage to stop fighting or running from your reality, and begin to face it with curiosity and compassion, you unlock the real transformation you’ve been seeking.

Build Alignment

Awareness is essential, but it doesn’t end there. Once you begin to listen and notice to what your life is telling you, it’s time to decide how you want to respond.

When we’re stressed or afraid, we don’t see all the choices that are available to us. We default to old patterns or other people’s expectations, and get lost in the shoulds, the oughts, and the musts.

But the good news is, with a little space and exploration, you’ll discover that you have more options than you ever imagined, and you can take the action that feels right to you. No matter what the outcome, you’ll know that you gave it real thought. You’ll feel the freedom and confidence of being intentional and acting in congruence with your values.

Let’s Explore Together

I know it feels scary. You’re afraid of getting overwhelmed by your emotions, or of letting go of what’s familiar, even if it’s hurting you—but I don’t want you to miss out on what your life can be.

The good news is, you don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to experience greater awareness and alignment and are craving a guide and partner in the journey, I would love to work with you through my private coaching program.

 Program Details

If you’re like me, you want to know all the specifics! So here’s the deal. When you sign up for coaching, you get:

  • A 90-minute introductory session

    • This session is all about getting to know one another and establishing your over-arching goals and priorities for coaching (how you would like your life to be different by the end of our time together).

  • A mindset assessment + 90-minute debrief

    • This powerful assessment reveals the lens through which you see the world, made up of your unique combination of the 7 levels of consciousness.

    • In our debrief, we’ll discuss each level of consciousness in depth, and explore how each level is manifesting in your life.

    • The goal in this session is to increase self-awareness and uncover some of the hidden thoughts and beliefs you hold that are either helping or hindering you so you can approach life more intentionally.

  • (10) 60-minute sessions

    • These sessions are conducted via Zoom (camera on or off—your choice).

    • They can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly (your choice).

  • Unlimited text and email support for the duration of our coaching relationship

    • Need some encouragement? Want to celebrate a win? Feeling stuck and need to brainstorm? During the 3-6 months that we work together, you’ll have access to additional support outside of our regularly scheduled coaching calls. You’re not alone, and you can do this!

  • Complimentary lifetime access to trainings and self-discovery materials

    • When I’m not coaching one-on-one with clients, I enjoy teaching on topics relating to personal growth. When you sign up for private coaching, you’ll receive access to any masterclasses or courses I conduct as well as any training resources I develop. This means you’ll always have support, even after our private coaching ends!

What’s It Like to Work With Me?

Taylor is exactly what I was looking for in a coach. She brings an energy that is positive yet realistic, encouraging yet challenging. In her gentle way she changed my perspective about myself and helped bring clarity to my values and how I want to show up in my spheres of influence. She gave me confidence where I lacked it and pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and expand my beliefs about my own potential. In working with her you will find not only a coach but also a confidant, an encourager, and a friend.
— Lauren K., Chicago, IL
I would recommend Taylor to absolutely anyone - whether they have a specific issue they want to address or if they just want to live a more full life, aligned with their values.

She is fantastic at asking hard, probing questions that allow you to drill down to the real issues, while still being tender, compassionate, and mindful of your boundaries. But her real gift is her ability to listen to your thoughts, feelings and - sometimes - ramblings - and distill them down to their clearest essence. She takes overwhelming, complex feelings and situations, and repeats them back to you in a way that simplifies them, without leaving out their nuances. You think “Yes. That’s it. That’s it exactly.” This makes tackling seemingly impossible things feel so much more doable.

Once you’ve been able to identify and name the issue, the work begins and she not only guides you through this, she also helps you to come up with tangible solutions and tools, and is dedicated to asking how you want to be held accountable - which is how real change happens. Taylor is there to provide guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

Taylor is a grounded listener with a wealth of knowledge and insight. She is kind and guides you through your thinking without judgment- offering reflection, suggestions, and supportive tools to reach through whatever it is that is unique to you. My time with Taylor is a true gift. It has enriched my self-awareness, highlighted guiding values, and helped to uncover how my own thought patterns and behaviors can better shine on those values. She’s incredible and anyone who is lucky to work with her will not regret the commitment.

 My Qualifications

The coaching industry is unregulated, which means that anyone can call themselves a coach. However, when I decided to pursue coaching, I knew that it was important to me to be well-grounded in experienced instruction from a reputable training program so I could show up with integrity and skill for my future clients.

From April to December 2020, I completed a training program at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) to become a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

During this program, I fulfilled 120 hours of interactive training, 85 practice sessions with peers inside and outside the program, a variety of written assignments, and a final exam (a recorded session with a client evaluated by a panel of coaches against industry standards of ethics and skill).

The training program not only gave me confidence and skill in using coaching tools, but helped me establish a truly empowering, non-judgmental presence that allows me to support my client’s agenda and highest self. I’m grateful for the mindset it helped me develop, and I believe my program, in addition to ongoing growth from running a coaching practice, has prepared me to support you and your goals in whatever transformation you seek.

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! In order to make coaching accessible for your budget, I offer two additional plans if a one-time payment is unrealistic for you. You can pay for coaching in one payment up front, or on a monthly basis for either 3 or 6 months.

Can I contact you between sessions?

It’s important to me that you feel supported in your journey of growth, so I do offer email and text access. If you have a quick question, want to celebrate an achievement, or need a little external accountability, feel free to reach out! I’ll respond within 24 hours.

How long will I have to use my sessions?

Our coaching relationship lasts for up to 6 months, so all 12 sessions should be booked within that time frame. I may occasionally allow an extension for unusual circumstances, but 6 months is the standard scheduling window.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I value flexibility, so it’s ok if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. However, to honor both of our time, I do ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance when possible.

How do I book my sessions?

Once you select your payment plan, you’ll get access to my calendar. Depending on which plan you choose, you can book your sessions as they’re paid for (ex: with 3-month plan, you can book up to 4 sessions per month). You don’t need to keep a regular schedule (like every other Tuesday) - you can book according to your preference and schedule.

Do you offer refunds?

I don’t offer refunds for sessions already used, but if at any time you need to end our coaching sessions, you can terminate our contract for a partial refund (details in coaching contract).
